The latest episode of Uncovering the Truth With Matrixxx Groove on Brighteon.TV features Zach Vorhies, former Google employee and one of the authors of the book “Google Leaks: A Whistleblowers Exposé of Big Tech Censorship.”
With his history of exposing Big Tech’s censorship efforts, it’s fitting that Vorhies becomes Matrixxx Groove’s first guest in their first episode on Brighteon.TV.
In the show, Vorhies talks about his book, how the fact that he uses good sources and citations for everything he writes means that even the liberal press cannot ignore it.

Vorhies first entered public consciousness back in 2019. The then-senior engineer at Google made the news after he decided to leak, anonymously at first, company documents to Project Veritas. In response to this, Google had decided to harass Vorhies using law enforcement under the guise of a “wellness check.”
“They got inside the gate, the police, and they started banging on my door,” Vorhies said to Project Veritas back in 2019.
The harassment escalated to the point where SWAT teams and even Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents were involved. All the while, he said that Google had also sent him a letter that contained a list of demands.
This is what eventually led to Vorhies quitting the company and eventually writing his book with help from Kent Heckenlively. A bestselling author, Heckenlively is known for books that question narratives commonly pushed by the mainstream, the most recent of which is “Inoculated: How Science Lost Its Soul in Autism,” a book that sheds light on the link between MMR vaccines and autism.
Early on in the interview, Vorhies has asked about how his book has been received, in particular by the mainstream press. Vorhies stated that the liberal press has been “pretty much silent on it.”
That said, he pointed out that at least one liberal reviewer, book review magazine Kirkus Reviews, has actually given his book a positive review.
“Believe it or not, yeah it was a surprise to me too,” Vorhies said. “And what they said was it’s a powerful case against Google that deserves readers’ attention.”
Vorhies then points out that the reason that even the liberal press may like his book is how he accurately cites every source.
“The reason why the liberal press likes it is because everything’s cited,” he said. “You know this isn’t something where I just go off and you know, say this is my opinion this.”
“You know well-formed opinion where there are citations,” he added.
Vorhies then explains that his book is important given Google’s dominance in the search engine space. He points out that around 70 to 90 percent of people in the United States use Google to search for information.
At the same time, he says that what people don’t know is that the company is actively trying to suppress and censor information that people are searching for.
“They had a whole team looking at information to try to suppress,” he explained.
On how he got his information, Vorhies explained how he was simply able to use Google’s own internal search tools. Here, he was able find information that contradicted what the company had been telling the public.
“When [Google CEO] Sundar Pichai was telling Congress that you know Google didn’t use any political filtering or blacklists, I was just able to, you know, go onto the company itself into their internal search engine and type in black lists and look right here,” he explained.
“Like they’re just lying,” he adds.
